DESCRIPTION

  • On this private tour you ride the train on your own to Jerusalem. A taxi driver organized by us will be waiting for you at the Gold Hotel, near the train station. He will take you to the checkpoint in Bethlehem where you will meet your local guide.
  • The guided tour lasts 4 hours. Your private guide will take you to all the important sights in Bethlehem and will inform you about their history and religious relevance.
  • After your tour, our taxi will drive you back to Jerusalem. There you can extend your stay late into the evening, as your train ticket is valid until the last train of the day. Our digital guide with audio guides, tips and recommendations is available for Jerusalem. The digital guide and the audio guides are only available in English!

Take the train to Jerusalem from any train station in Tel Aviv. The ride lasts about 35 minutes.

ARRIVAL BY TRAIN

  • Arrival and departure to Jerusalem is not included. You must get to Jerusalem on your own.
  • The train from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv runs every 30 minutes, Sunday through Thursday. The last train leaves at 9 p.m. There are no trains on Friday and Saturday.

Train Station Security Checks

  • Entry to all train stations is subject to a personal baggage check.
  • Every station entrance is manned by security guards who operate in accordance with Israel Police guidelines and are committed to upholding your dignity and safety during the security check.
  • Please be aware that lines may develop at the security check stations during peak hours in the morning and afternoon/evening (6:00am-9:00am and 15:00-19:00), so it is important that you arrive sometime prior to your train’s departure.
