Dilek’s Turkish Bakery
Dilek is located right next to HaHagana station (2 minutes) and offers plenty of delicious meals and snacks, both sweet and savory, like pastries, börek or baklava. Besides their location and variety of the menu, Dilek has another major advantage: It’s open on Friday night! Whereas Jewish shops close every Friday afternoon for the Schabbat celebrations, Dilek as a Turkish shop is available for starving stomaches until 4am on Saturday morning.

When approaching HaHagana station, you may as well stop over at Café Shapira for breakfast, a coffee, freshly squeezed juice or delicious self-made cake. The place was founded in 2015 with the aim of creating a communal place for dialogue, entrepreneurs and events. Its unique atmosphere makes it worth the visit, so don’t miss out the chance of seeing one of the most Kibbutz-like place to be found in Tel Aviv. Also, you can hang out at Café Shapira until late night, since they have events going on at almost every day of the week!

Suduch
Suduch is a chain, that guarantees a very tasty and very meaty kosher experience until late night! They offer their famous meat sandwiches, freshly prepared for a fair price. However, vegetarians and vegans better miss out on that one. After a 15 minute walk from HaShalom train station, even late night cravings will be satisfied.

Mucha is a chain of restaurants offering some of the best pizzas in town. After a 15 minute walk from HaShalom train station towards the centre of Tel Aviv, you can be looking forward to an excellent balance of dough and cheese, combined with any ingredient of choice.

Hummus Eliyahu
When travelling to Israel, of course, one cannot miss out on Hummus, a puree of chickpeas and different other ingredients. Hummus Eliyahu is a chain with several places in Tel Aviv and a great place for food near the Tel Aviv train stations. They offer a variety of hummus dishes, for example with tahini, eggplant, mushrooms and even vegan shawarma. Also, the traditional middle eastern dessert called Malabi is up the menu, which is commonly served with rose water or petals. Located only 5 minutes from Savidor Centre, we highly recommend a visit.
